Internal and external cylindrical grinders can grind outer diameters, including round and conical surfaces, as well as inner holes. The grinding accuracy of the cylindrical grinder is generally: the roundness does not exceed 3 microns, and the surface roughness Ra0.63 ~ 0.32 microns; the high-precision cylindrical grinder can reach the roundness of 0.1 microns and Ra0.01 microns, respectively. Classification of cylindrical grinders: 1. Ordinary cylindrical grinder: the most common cylindrical grinder, the general processing roughness Ra value can reach Ra0.4. Internal grinding machines are divided into ordinary internal grinding machines and universal internal grinding machines. Among them, the universal internal cylindrical grinder is the most widely used grinder. The inner cylindrical surface, inner conical surface and stepped shaft end face of various shaft and sleeve workpieces can be ground on the internal grinding machine. The surface roughness value Ra of the machined surface can be controlled within the range of 1.25 and 0.08 μm.
